Subscription Cancellation

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your Vade Studio subscription at any time through the following methods:

  • Log into your account and navigate to Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription
  • Email our support team at [email protected]

What Happens When You Cancel

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You'll continue to have full access to all features until the period ends
  • No additional charges will be made after cancellation
  • You can continue using Vade Studio until your paid period expires
  • Projects and data will remain accessible until the end of your billing period

Refund Policy

Standard Refund Terms

  • Vade Studio operates on a subscription basis with no long-term contracts required
  • We do not typically offer refunds for partial months or unused time
  • All subscription payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law

Exceptional Refund Circumstances

We may consider refund requests under the following circumstances:

  1. Technical Issues

    • If you experience severe technical difficulties that prevent access to core features
    • When problems are verified by our technical team and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
  2. Billing Errors

    • Double charges or incorrect billing amounts
    • Unauthorized charges
    • System errors resulting in incorrect plan activation
  3. Special Cases

    • Account creation within the last 48 hours with no platform usage
    • Legal or compliance requirements in your jurisdiction
    • Other exceptional circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund:

  2. Include your account details and reason for the refund request
  3. Provide any relevant documentation or error messages
  4. Allow up to 5 business days for review and response

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time typically takes 5-10 business days
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

Pro-rated Refunds

Enterprise Plans

  • Custom enterprise plans may be eligible for pro-rated refunds as specified in their service agreement
  • Terms are determined by the specific contract arrangements

Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions cancelled within the first 30 days may be eligible for a pro-rated refund
  • The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of the service
  • A processing fee may apply

Data Retention After Cancellation

After Subscription Ends

  • Read-only access to your projects
  • Option to export your data during this period

Project Export

  • We recommend exporting all necessary data before cancellation
  • Export tools are available in the platform dashboard
  • Support team can assist with data export if needed

Service Discontinuation

We reserve the right to:

  • Discontinue any service plan with 30 days notice
  • Modify subscription terms with appropriate notification
  • Terminate services for violation of our Terms of Service
